Group Classes

Group classes are 90 minutes long and include a gentle warm up, comprehensive instruction of yoga poses, deep stretches, easy flows, breathing exercises and a variety of relaxation techniques.

New students are invited to a free trial class. Please contact Judith to determine the best class for you. You can take a free trial class at any time during the class session.

Tuition for the 9-week series of classes is $135. Start any time during the session and your tuition will be pro-rated. Ask Judith the exact cost depending upon when you begin.

Gentle Yoga
A perfect class for beginners and those looking for a slow and relaxing class. Strengthening poses are taught as the session progresses. Students can improve flexibility, focus, balance and posture. Students learn easy yoga breathing and stress management tools.

Strengthening Yoga
A more vigorous class for those wanting variety, flow and challenge. Students are encouraged to work dynamically, with a steady intent and a mindful focus. This helps create physical, mental, and emotional health benefits in profound ways. Strengthening yoga energizes, empowers and also leads to deeper levels of peace and relaxation.

Women’s Yoga
A mixed level class designed specifically for women. Students practice gentle yoga for the first 30 minutes followed by balancing poses, strengthening sequences and deep relaxation.
